This is a very rare 712k. We didn't build it, it was built by Vince Sweeny for Brad Delong. It has all kinds of stuff on it. Warn winch, side and rear video, rear hitch, pertronix, dunolp radial mud rovers, custom skid plates, stereo, cb, extra gas cans, synthetics, and a bunch of little stuff we am sure we are forgetting. it has been to one treffen, driven from Idaho to Colorado, and more importantly, many Notre Dame home football games. Yes, this is a very effective tailgating vehicle. The 712k, while very capable, is not the best choiceoff road, as it is a bit top heavy compared to a 712m, but they are good for taking people along with the three forward facing rear seats, and there is room behind them for gear (all also true on the 710k.) Our basic plan is for a restoration, as it is showing some real signs of rust on the seams of the box. The dream plan is for a limo with horseshoe seating, a bar, tv and stereo. the max dream is to do both this and dumbo as limos to have a matched pair. How about that for a pair of rides for any Colorado high school prom or wedding. of course, a 712dk conversion may not be a bad idea either....
